What data I collect

If you write to me through the contact form I collect your name, email address, the optional topic and your message. I do not use this data for newsletters or profiling.

Purpose and legal basis

I use the data only to reply to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How it is handled

Your message reaches me by email through the Resend service and is not stored on the website. Resend keeps delivery logs, including the email content, for a limited period. The receiving mailbox is operated by Google (Gmail): I keep the message there for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months.

Providers

The website is hosted by Vercel; content and images are managed with Sanity; form emails are sent through Resend and received on Gmail (Google). These providers may process technical data, such as your IP address, including outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Analytics

I use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate, without cookies and without storing your IP address.

IP address and security

To protect the form from spam, the site uses your IP address only in memory and for a few minutes to limit the number of submissions (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider also logs technical request data for security purposes.

Embedded videos

YouTube and Vimeo videos load only when you press the play button; from that moment Google’s and Vimeo’s privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
