Human experience
Years of working with sales networks, agents and trade fairs taught me what sales and marketing teams really need: few clicks, no lost deals, messages that don’t wear customers out. I defined the processes, roles and rules, from the pipeline to the contact-pressure cap.
AI
Claude Code wrote the application (React and Supabase) and its tests from my specifications. AI then adapted the same foundation to three industries, rewriting the domain, the demo data and the whole marketing area.
Result
10ready-made marketing automations
- 3
industries on one foundation
- 327
automated tests
Context
In the B2B companies I worked with, sales and marketing often ran on spreadsheets, email and disconnected tools: stalled deals nobody noticed, customers contacted too often by different departments, campaigns that were hard to link to revenue.
Goal
Design a CRM that brings the sales network and marketing into a single tool, flexible enough to fit different industries without starting from scratch.
Approach: from processes to software
I started from real processes: how a deal begins, who owns it, when a customer should be contacted again and when they should be left alone. From there I wrote phased specifications (sales, operations, reporting, roles and permissions, marketing) and led AI to build and test them one at a time.
AI tools
Claude Code to write the React and Supabase application, the tests and the reviews; AI also to generate realistic demo data and to adapt the same foundation to a manufacturing group, a multi-brand car dealer and a hobby retailer.
Results
A working concept with 327 automated tests. For sales: kanban pipeline, PDF quotes, travel and trade-fair calendar, reports by agent and region. For marketing: segmentation with live counts and readable SQL, multichannel campaigns with funnel and A/B testing, 10 ready-made automations with a simulation before activation, and a contact-pressure cap that protects customers from too many messages.
