  • Human experience

In B2B car parts, workshops search by engine code and compatibility: I organised the catalogue around that data, chose the languages of the export markets and reshot the product photos so a mechanic recognises the part at a glance.

  • How I’d do it today

Today I would use AI to generate multilingual product pages from a single technical sheet, standardise product photos in batches and have an agent analyse Search Console queries to plan new blog content.

  • Result

    +25%

    revenue in one year

Context

Turbomotori remanufactures engines and turbochargers for workshops and resellers in Italy and abroad. The website could not take orders, and the product pages did not help customers find the right part.

Goal

Launch a multilingual ecommerce site that actually sells, and build qualified traffic from Google around it.

Approach

I independently managed the launch of the new multilingual store, Google Ads campaigns, on-page and technical SEO, the editorial plan for the blog and video channels, and KPI reporting for management. Product pages were reorganised around engine code and compatibility, with new photos I shot myself.

Today, with AI

The same work would move faster today: multilingual product pages generated from one technical sheet and reviewed by a person, product photos standardised in batches, and an agent that reads Search Console queries and suggests blog articles.

Results

With the new ecommerce site, revenue grew by 25% in one year.
